myKId ID Kit can produce four types of reports for each child’s information entered:
- a detailed DATA SHEET report that is about 7 pages long and comprehensive, including all the child’s data that you would want to share with authorities
- myKid ID POSTER to print and post in public places in order to initiate leads to the location of your child; includes picture, name, height, weight, eye and hair color, name, and phone number to call.
- the myKid ID Kit CHECKLIST AND LINKS to use as a reference.
- the PHOTO GALLERY of photos of the child to use for media and identification
From the handheld, these reports can be:
• emailed as a pdf
• viewed on the handheld
From the desktop version, these reports can be:
• emailed as a pdf
• viewed on the screen
• printed
• saved as a pdf
• exported as an excel file of unformatted data or text file
To print these reports from the desktop version, click the Print button at the bottom of any of the tabbed screens.
To email, print, or export these reports from the desktop version, use the print and email buttons at the bottom of each tabbed screen.
To email a pdf copy of a report, click on the “Email ” button at the top of the report screen.

myKid ID Kit Desktop runs on your Mac or Windows desktop computer with FileMaker Pro 8.0+ and syncs to myKid ID Kit
on your handheld. You can enter data on the handheld or computer and

desktop computer.
